Successful Premiere with exciting Trade Fair days

This year, Metallbude joined the hustle and bustle of the most important furniture fair in the world's most important furniture market: the imm cologne, among well-known manufacturers and brands such as COR, Schönbuch and Kettnaker. After the Blickfang design fair in Stuttgart in 2021 and the MOW in Bad Salzuflen in 2022, participation in Germany's largest furnishing event was a major milestone for our still young company. Our presence in Cologne also meant that we were able to introduce ourselves and our products to an even larger, more international trade audience.

Our Exhibition stand? The ultimate eye-catcher!

How do you stand out from the crowd and what is the best way to present your products? These were the questions that preoccupied us as we planned our booth. The result: a large, bright and well-lit stand - spatially defined by two high walls consisting of asymmetrically stacked cubes, with the individual products displayed on either side. In addition, the interior space provided ample room not only to talk to visitors, but also to present our latest collections: our first outdoor collection, as well as the sophisticated design tables AVA, LOVA and DONNA. Our elaborate trade show concept had paid off and we stood out clearly and positively in our environment. This resulted in a lively and constant flow of visitors, which provided us as a team with intensive but above all exciting days at the fair.

Our Exhibition appearance? A complete Success!

The general mood at imm cologne 2023 was rather depressed - it was the delayed spring edition for the first time after Corona and then almost parallel to 3daysofdesign in Copenhagen. Bad conditions for the industry and its trends and innovations. Since it was our first time at the imm cologne and we had no direct comparison, our experience during the fair and our summary after the event were largely positive. Apart from the classic sales activities, we met an incredible number of interesting people (Hi, Joa Herrenknecht!) and made new contacts. (The highlight for our bosses was certainly the chance meeting with Jack Nasher...) And the best feeling at the end of the day was knowing how many people now know about Metallbude and how many words of praise were left for our products and our work. This is inspiring and makes you want to do more trade shows!
