A Highlight for the Team and Families

At Metallbude, one highlight follows another - not only in our company, but also in our team. One of them was this year's summer party, which was much bigger than last year due to our rapid growth. That's why, in addition to good weather, good food and good music, it was above all the large company that made the summer festival a successful event.

Activities for Young and Old

Our summer party couldn't have been bigger or more colorful: about 80 people, young and old, from two months old to over 60 years old, turned the outside and then the inside of our new production hall into a party location and had a great time together. The afternoon was all about the family(s), as they were explicitly welcome to the summer party. In the evening the event turned into a classic Metal Booth style party. It was even nicer that the party took place between the bouncy castle and the dance floor, the ice lollies and the cocktail bar, the table soccer and the barbecue. The most surprising discovery of the day: face painting is not only popular with children. :D

Shared Joy in celebrating

Whether young or old, employees or companions, newcomers or old hands: the most beautiful realization at the end of the completely successful summer festival was that there are no differences at Metallbude and that everyone should feel equally comfortable. We don't just say that, we live it day by day: Metallbude is like one big, mostly happy family. We are not only united by our work and the completion of common tasks and projects, but also by our strong preference to spend time together outside of working hours and the workplace - over a beer after work, a game of bowling or at an organized team event. The biggest common denominator: the joy of celebration. And that was a given at this year's summer party!
