Braided Wreath made of Modelling Clay

The braided wreath made of modeling clay can be used as table decoration, napkin ring, Christmas tree ornament or door wreath, depending on its size.

What You Need: 

• air-drying modeling clay (here's the product "Modeling Clay 500g" | "Modeling Clay 1000g")

• a butter knife

• a small bowl with water

• if necessary.Acrylic paint (Alternative product "Acrylic paints")

How it works:

1. Knead the modeling clay until it's soft and roll it into a strand.

2. Cut the long strand into two equal lengths with the butter knife and twist them together.

3. Gently press the ends together with your fingers and glue them together with a little water. Tip: Any cracks can also be repaired with a little water.

4. Let the resulting wreath dry in the air for at least 24 hours. Afterwards, it can be used directly or additionally painted with acrylic paint.
