Full-time production assistant (m/f/d)

Do you enjoy hands-on work, have an eye for detail, and want to contribute to a modern craft business? We are looking for energetic support for our metal processing and powder coating production – reliable, motivated, and with a driver's license.

 

Your tasks: 

  • Support for our skilled workers in metal processing and powder coating
  • Preparation and follow-up of workpieces, packaging, order picking and internal transport
  • General logistics and warehousing activities

What you should bring:

  •  Craftsmanship and technical understanding

  • Driving licence class B is mandatory (for internal logistics)
Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) - Part-time or Full-time

To strengthen our team in the fully digitalized finance department, we are looking for an accounting clerk (m/f/d).

 

Your tasks:

  • Tasks in payroll accounting, including payroll and salary processing.
  • Administration, verification and filing of receipts and invoices
  • Booking of bank accounts and credit card transactions
  • Recording and checking incoming invoices
  • Preparation of accounting records for the tax advisor, including monthly and annual financial statements
  •  Support in optimizing internal processes in the financial sector

E-commerce and Performance Manager (full-time, m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced individual who thinks strategically and acts pragmatically. You will guide our entire digital customer journey with a clear focus on developing paid strategies (especially ad strategies), media buying, and optimizing our sales point. You will not only be responsible for individual campaigns, but also build funnels, manage budgets, and measurably drive our growth.

 

Your tasks:

 • Strategic development of our e-commerce and paid marketing activities

Planning, implementation and optimization of international paid campaigns (Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok & Co.)

Media buying and campaign management including target group setup, A/B testing and tracking

• Optimization of the customer journey, including the conception and development of successful sales funnels

• Monitoring & Reporting: Control of budgets, KPIs and derivation of data-based recommendations for action

• Collaborating with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure high-performing campaigns and shop experiences

• Monitoring trends, new platforms and tools – identifying new growth drivers for shop and paid channels

 

Your profile:

• Experience in performance marketing and e-commerce, ideally international

• Solid knowledge of Meta and Google Ads; Pinterest & TikTok Ads experience is an advantage

Marketplace Manager E-Commerce (Full-time, m/f/d)

Our high-quality metal furniture deserves visibility – and you'll make sure of it! Are you data-savvy, a strategic thinker, and passionate about successfully positioning products on marketplaces? Then join our marketing and sales team and strengthen our presence on national and international platforms.

 

Your tasks:

  • Setting up, managing and maintaining marketplace accounts: Creating, maintaining and optimizing customer profiles on
    national and international platforms
  • Product data maintenance: Ensuring correct and optimized product details (texts, prices, images) to increase visibility and findability.
  • Adding new products: Preparation and upload of new products according to the requirements of the respective marketplaces.
  • Listing optimization & data preparation: Adjusting product titles, bullet points and descriptions for better search performance.
  • Market and competitive analysis: Monitoring trends, competitors and opportunities for continuous optimization
  • Sales analysis & reporting: Regular performance monitoring and derivation of measures to increase sales figures
  • Coordination of internal processes: Close collaboration with marketing, product management and other departments to optimize processes.

 

Your profile:

  • Experience in e-commerce, ideally on the brand side or in an agency
  • Solid knowledge of how to use online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, OTTO, eBay)
  • Passion for e-commerce, online marketing and digital trends
  • Analytical thinking skills and an affinity for data and KPIs
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
  • Very good German skills and (very) good English skills
Video Editor (part-time or full-time, m/f/d)

To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a video editor (m/f/d) who will creatively and professionally implement our visual stories.

 

Your tasks:

  • Conceptualization and editing of video content for social media, website, ads and internal presentations.
  • Creation of short-form and long-form content suitable for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Color correction, sound editing, and motion graphics to enhance the videos
  • Close collaboration with marketing, creative team and product designers to implement campaign ideas.
  • Continuous optimization of content based on performance data
  • Management and organization of video material, editing projects and archive

 

Your profile:

  • Ideally: Completed training or studies in the field of film, media design or comparable experience.
  • Experience in video editing and storytelling for digital channels
  • Proficient use of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop or similar tools
  • A creative eye for visual language, timing, and aesthetics.
  • Independent, structured work style and a feel for brand aesthetics
