Metallbude isn't just a brand, but above all a team. What began as a team of four founders has, in a relatively short time, grown into a company with more than 40 employees. Or to put it in our own words: We're a pretty diverse bunch of pretty cool people.

Chief Innovation Officer (CINO)
Living proof that there can be something behind a big mouth (at least in most cases): Rudi is our expert in marketing and advertising and moves around the World Wide Web like no other.
DENNIS
CEO & Head of Product Management
Slightly dreamy and slightly absent-minded, Dennis has turned his nature into his vocation and is a creative source of ideas for new products and designs. He also provided the decisive spark for the company's founding.
TOBI
CEO & Head of Administration
The youngest CEO still in with a chance of being on Forbes' 30 Under 30: Tobi isn't just good with numbers and finance, but also with football. He would have actually become a professional footballer at Real Madrid if it weren't for his knee—you know the drill...
CHRISTIAN
CEO & Head of Production
The calmest of all the managing directors, Christian is responsible for the three big Ps in our company: production, processes, and problems. He finds relaxation either at the gym or at the campsite.
MAIK
CEO & HEAD OF MARKETING
Our office elder lives at his workplace according to his first name and our company name the M-Alliterations are exemplified: Maik moves between meetings, emails and macchiato and sets the strategic direction for marketing and brand.

When classical music or an episode of Stromberg isn't playing in his office, it's phone calls. Paul makes quite a few of them, always sourcing the best deals and materials, and even making an announcement when necessary.
RICKY
Shipping Manager
The head of warehouse and logistics, who likes to leave the shipping hall for a good coffee in the administration office, can pack, seal, and label parcels in his sleep. That's why Ricky now lets others do it, while keeping an overview.
ARTHUR
Production Manager
If the saying "There is strength in calmness" had a face, it would be Artur's. Our production manager, who has a master poker face, is clearly a man of action and doesn't waste many words—especially the word "no."

Junior Sales Manager
(Jo-)Hannes is not only our sales manager's wingman, but also the cheerful person in the office. Anyone who has ever written or spoken with him on the phone will surely have noticed or heard his smile.

No trend can ignore her: Melissa is our interface between the online and offline worlds. Equipped with a smartphone and snacks, this cheerful soul masters everyday office life as an ambidextrous person, sometimes with her left hand, sometimes with her right.

Bianca, aka Bibi, doesn't exactly have it easy with two brothers and her husband as her boss. But she definitely has one thing over them: her creativity and sense of aesthetics. That's why she's the one who runs our Instagram account.

Globetrotter. Fashionista. Big city boy. Henry is the cosmopolitan of our team and brings this vibe to the production of his still and moving images. When he's not at his desk, he's behind the wheel of his vintage Mercedes.

In the office, Manon is a tough expert with analytical acumen and crucial insights. Privately, she thrives on her role as a devoted dog mom to two Frenchies. Sharing the office-wide love of coffee and sarcasm, she's our secret weapon for SEO and other projects.
CARO
Graphic Designer
Her thoughts and ideas are at least as colorful as her workspace and clothing style, and Caro has a keen sense for colors, shapes, and typography. With a coffee in hand and headphones on, she conjures up images with Photoshop and other tools.
VANESSA
Creative Copywriter, Editor & B2B-Marketing
As eloquent as Vanessa is, she doesn't have much to say about herself. So here are a few words from a non-copywriter: Nessi is not only our copywriter, but also a talented organizer, a professional snack provider, and essentially the boss's right-hand woman.

He has finished designs in mind even before they take shape: Tobi is our man for ideas, drafts and technical drawings – and, to the chagrin of some colleagues, also the author of regular dad jokes.

The Excel king moves through columns and rows and is at home in the world of numbers and data. Daniel, aka 42, is not only a human calculator and encyclopedia on two legs, but also the self-proclaimed feel-good manager in the office.

Official in Charge
Every order and every cancellation passes through her desk. Moni prefers the former, especially since the latter only leads to increased chocolate consumption. True to her motherly nature, she's also the only one who lovingly cares for the office plants.

Customer Service
Have you ever spoken to our charming male customer service voice? It's our office chick, Manuel. What's less obvious, however, is that he's a multiple world, European, and German kickboxing champion!

If anyone understands that debits are posted to credits – and not the other way around – it's Christoph. Coming from the stuffy tax office to the wild office jungle of Metallbude, the night-time football fan has settled in perfectly after an initial culture shock.
