Where can I check my order status?
After your order is received, you will receive an order confirmation via email. As soon as there is any change in the status of your order, you will also be notified in this way. As a subscriber to our news service WhatsUp on WhatsApp, you will also receive notifications there.
How can I change/cancel my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer support directly.
How do I receive the gift voucher?
As soon as your payment has been received by us, you will receive an email containing the voucher code.
How can I register a return?
If the 14-day warranty has not yet expired, you can return the product undamaged in its original packaging to us. Shipping costs will not be refunded. To obtain the return label, log in to your customer account with your credentials and request the return for the desired product there.
How can I report a complaint?
Is your item defective or damaged? We are truly sorry. To report your order or part of it, please contact our customer service.
What payment methods are available?
We offer the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, invoice with Klarna, ApplePay, GooglePay, ShopPay, and instant transfer.

What are the delivery times?
The current delivery time is 3-5 business days and may be delayed due to holidays, year-end, etc. For bulky goods and freight items, expect 5-8 business days. In the case of a custom order, the delivery time can be up to 12 weeks.
Why are the delivery times so long?
Our furniture and home accessories are designer pieces and not mass-produced. We place great value on robust materials, high-quality welds, and easy-care coatings. In short: quality. And quality takes time. Therefore, you can enjoy durable products.
Which countries are delivered?
We ship, apart from Germany, to Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, and Poland.
Shipping costs
Within Germany, shipping costs amount to 5.95 euros. With freight forwarding, the costs are 35.00 euros. Shipping is done with GLS, DHL, or freight forwarding.

How is the assembly of the clothing rails & towel holders done?
1. Drill a hole in the wall or ceiling. A suitable drill should be used for concrete, wood, or drywall.
2. Insert the included universal plugs into the holes. The plugs are only suitable for concrete. If you have a wooden or drywall ceiling, there are special plugs available at the hardware store.
3. Screw the included mounting bolts with the large screws. Pay attention to the position of the small holes of the bolts - they should point in one direction.
4. Place the rod on the bolts and screw the small set screws firmly into the large ones with some pressure.
Note: Due to the long lever, slight swaying is physically given and thus normal.
How long does it take to assemble clothing racks or towel holders?
In an Instagram survey, 60 percent of the participating followers indicated that they took less than half an hour for the assembly.
Are the sofa and side tables also suitable for outdoor use?
No, our sofa and side tables are not suitable for outdoor use.
Are the wooden tabletops interchangeable?
While the frame of our coffee tables is fully welded together, the wooden tops are only screwed on, allowing the tabletop to be replaced independently if needed.
Is the KORSINA baby cradle TÜV certified?
Our KORSINA baby cradle has been tested and certified by TÜV Rheinland for safety and harmful substances.
How stable is the KORSINA baby cradle?
Our KORSINA baby cradle is fully welded together and therefore does not require screws or similar fastenings. It is delivered fully assembled and can be set up immediately. Thanks to the high-quality welds, the cradle is very stable and cannot fall apart.
As with any other baby cradle, it is recommended that a baby should only be placed in it until about 6 months of age, as the child can start to turn over or sit up independently from that point on.

Our RUBI clothing rack can hold approximately 30 kilograms. The specified weight should not be exceeded.
