Dear reader,

I hope that only the candles on the wreath are burning and your place is still standing. The evenings are getting longer and one light after another begins to twinkle outside: street lamps, paper stars in the windows, and fairy lights on the trees. Everyone retreats to their cozy home, where the evening can be comfortably ended with a hot drink and the first Christmas cookies. Christmas poems or song lyrics come to mind again.

A light for you

I give you a light.

A light in which your hope sparkles,
when life around you darkens.
One in which your soul rests
and does good for you and others,
that drives away all despondent thoughts
and remains a good companion to your tears.
A light that illuminates your paths
and never casts your actions into shadow!

I give you a light that shines on your years
and means well for you and the future.

How do you celebrate Christmas and what traditions have crept into your life over the years? Are there funny or beautiful memories that you like to look back on? In our last blog post, we revealed a nice idea on how to keep the sweet holiday memories from being forgotten too quickly.

We wish you peace and hope from the bottom of our hearts during these times of pandemic!
