3 simple recipes for Christmas & cold days
As the days grow shorter and the cold knocks at the door, it's time for cozy moments of enjoyment. Winter drinks are simply a must – whether steaming hot after a walk in the snow, fresh and invigorating between the holidays, or festively refined for special occasions. In this article, we present three simple recipes that showcase winter in its most beautiful flavors: sometimes warming, sometimes refreshing, sometimes with and sometimes without alcohol. Perfect for Christmas, relaxed evenings at home, or any day that calls for a little extra coziness.

Non-alcoholic Winter Gin Tonic
4 cl Non-alcoholic Gin
8 cl Tonic Water
2 cl Grenadine
5 -6 Cranberries
1 sprig of rosemary
Ice cubes

Fill a glass of your choice with ice cubes.

Add the cranberries and rosemary.

Pour in the non-alcoholic gin.

Top up with tonic water.

Slowly let the grenadine flow in.

Christmas Martini
50 ml Vodka
10 ml Dry Vermouth
Cranberry Bitters
Red Currants

Add vodka, dry vermouth, and cranberry bitters to a mixing glass and stir.

Strain into a martini glass or a similar cocktail glass

Garnish with the red currants.

Hot Chocolate – a different way
500 ml Milk
3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
40 g Chocolate (70%)
0.5 tsp Ground Cinnamon
0.5 tsp Ground Cardamom
1 tbsp Sugar

Chop the chocolate finely and save a piece for grating for decoration.

Heat the milk in a pot, add the cocoa powder and chocolate. Stir well until the chocolate is completely dissolved.

Add cinnamon and cardamom and sweeten with sugar.

Grate the remaining chocolate over the filled hot drinks.
