FAQ's
Please read our FAQs Visit the page to learn more.
How do I attach the shelf inserts on my wall shelf?
The shelf made of high-quality wood was specifically designed for the RIVO or RIVO S wall shelf, so that the shelves can be plugged onto the metal frame using a simple plug-in system and then secured with a small, ultimately invisible, grub screw.
How much weight can a shelf insert for the metal shelf carry?
The shelf insert RIVO can carry a weight of 7.5 kilograms. The metal shelf RIVO or RIVO S itself each holds a load of 50 kilograms. We would like to point out that these figures are maximum weights, which should not be exceeded.
What are the benefits of this shelf insert for my metal wall shelf?
The RIVO or RIVO S metal wall shelf offers a wide range of design options. This includes adding shelf inserts, which not only practically showcase useful and decorative items, but also give the modern shelf its special look.
Is the wooden shelf insert for my metal shelf also suitable for rooms with high humidity?
Our shelf insert made of high-quality, naturally oiled oak wood is a natural product. Therefore, the humidity in the room plays a significant role. Designed for everyday use in the bathroom, the wooden shelf insert is suitable for rooms with high humidity. However, the wooden product is not suitable for rooms with significantly higher humidity.
Can I attach multiple shelf inserts side by side to my metal shelf?
Up to twelve shelf inserts can be added to the metal wall shelf RIVO. These can be mounted side by side or on top of each other as desired. The smaller version of the modern metal shelf, on the other hand, can fit up to four shelf inserts. Here too, the number and arrangement of the shelves can be customized to suit individual needs.
