The delivery time - unless otherwise stated - is currently 6 Weeks within Germany and 6 Weeks outside Germany. In both cases, the regular delivery time may be delayed due to public holidays, the turn of the year, etc.ä. delay. To determine the correct door size, there are two simple methods: 1. Measure the existing door: Measure the width and height of the door that is already installed in your home. Make sure to accurately capture both the door leaf dimensions and the thickness of the door to ensure that the new door fits. 2. Measure the rebate dimensions with the measurement aid: Alternatively, you can print out and use the measurement aid to accurately measure the rebate dimensions of the frame. This method ensures that your new door fits perfectly into the existing frame and that the distance to the wall and the floor is correctly taken into account. Both methods guarantee that you choose the correct door size for a precise and accurate installation.
How can I determine the direction of the door swing?
The direction of rotation of the door can be easily determined, as the door can be used for both DIN left and DIN right. To change the direction of rotation, only the door hinge needs to be turned. This allows the door to be flexibly adapted to the desired opening direction.
Is the loft door also suitable as an exterior door?
Our loft doors are designed exclusively for indoor use. They are not suitable for outdoor use as they do not offer the necessary characteristics for protection against weather conditions.

Next, you insert the new loft door and tighten it. Remove the cover of the existing strike plate and screw the new universal strike plate firmly at the appropriate height.
