Our Summer Festival 2023

A Highlight for Teams and Families

At Metallbude , one highlight famously follows the next - not only within our company, but also within our team. One of these was our annual summer party this year, which was considerably larger due to the rapid growth than it was last year. Therefore, in addition to good weather, good food, and good music, it was primarily the large gathering that made the summer party a successful event.

Activities for Big and Small

Our party could hardly have been bigger or more colorful: about 80 big and small people, ranging in age from two months to over 60 years, first declared the outdoor and then the indoor area of our new production hall as the party location and spent a good time together. The afternoon was all about the family(ies), as they were explicitly invited to the summer festival. In the evening, the event then turned into a classic party in typical Metallbude style. It was therefore all the more beautiful that the sociable celebration took place between a bouncy castle and dance floor, popsicles and cocktail bar, foosball and barbecue, promoting togetherness. The most surprising insight of the day: face painting is not only popular among children. :D

Shared joy in celebrating

Whether young or old, employee or companion, newcomer or old hand: The really most beautiful insight at the end of the thoroughly successful summer party was still that there are no differences at Metallbude and everyone should feel equally comfortable. We don't just keep saying this, but live it explicitly from day to day: Metallbude is like a big, mostly happy family. Not only are we connected through work, the completion of common tasks and projects, but also through a pronounced preference to spend time together outside of work hours and workplaces - be it over a casual after-work beer, a game of bowling, or at an organized team event. The greatest common denominator: The joy of celebrating. And that was more than present at our annual summer party this year!
