Christmas Cookies

Ingredients:
150 g soft butter
180 g flour
90 g white sugar
90 g brown sugar
100 g chopped hazelnuts
1 egg
150 g chocolate chips
0.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 pinch of salt
1 packet vanilla sugar

Preheat the oven to 175°C.

Cream together butter, egg, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar.

Mix flour with baking powder and salt and add.

Gently fold in chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips.

Place small mounds of dough spaced apart on a baking sheet.

Bake on the middle rack for about 12-14 minutes.
