For the student dormitory at the Persiluhr in Straubing, which will offer 68 fully furnished apartments and 5 shared apartments in a modern living space in a central location starting October 2025, the family-run carpentry Seebauer GmbH, which has been in operation for 117 years, took over the majority of the interior construction. This includes the custom-made wardrobes made of oak slats and metal elements from our production, which perfectly complement the contemporary, sustainable, and high-quality ambiance.
