Request account deletion
What happens when deletion occurs?
- Your customer account and personal profile data will be deleted.
- Order history and invoice data can be retained for up to 10 years.
- Push notifications and newsletters will be deactivated.
We'll confirm the deletion via email. If you have any questions, we'll contact you to verify your identity.
